Our client Kimpton Hotels came to us with a groundbreaking positioning platform, “Stay Human.” But they needed a campaign and creative toolkit that would bring this disruptive promise to life. Our flexible system established a unique design language, tone of voice, messaging and visual vocabulary that let them communicate consistently against a wide range of objectives, from sales promotions to brand awareness, across the brand’s owned and earned channels. Our treatment delivered a scalable, adaptable solution that would translate to every market. After a successful US launch, we were asked to create a second campaign bringing our creative to Europe.
