IHG came to us with a need to rethink their rewards program, wanting to create a brand that felt personal, elevated, and accessible all at once. Starting with an extensive brand positioning exercise, we developed a name, brand identity, guidelines, and collateral system that exemplified IHG’s innovative offering across 17 brands and 6500 hotels worldwide. To take things a step further, we developed marketing content to be rolled out seamlessly across their global channels, bringing IHG One Rewards to life in a big way.

Rewards for every one.

We collaborated with IHG to reposition their rewards program, starting with market research and competitive analysis in the Discovery phase. Building off this work, we developed the program’s Brand Positioning and Communications Architecture. This led us to a unique brand identity that is a striking expression of the IHG brand and values; a symbol of connection – between people, places, and experiences.

Telling the story.

Creating an identity is only part of the job. To take things to the next level, we collaborated with IHG on a brand video, app video, and created a dynamic image library that reflects the new spirit of the brand.
